Smoothie Topping for Fruit

I make this concoction in a hand blender and pour it or spoon it over a bowl of cut fruit for lunch. This is my main protein source during the day. My recipe is based on information from the book, Thrive: The Vegan Nutrition Guide to Optimal Performance in Sports and Life.

handful of almonds (raw, unsalted)
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
2 tablespoons white chia seeds
1 tablespoon gelatinized maca powder
1 tablespoon chlorella powder
1 tablespoon spirulina powder
contents of one probiotic capsule
water to produce desired consistency
